Your perfect beach getaway awaits.  Our newly furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is nestled among the trees in a quiet community while all the best attractions are just minutes away! Start your day with a cup of coffee on the private screened balcony facing Munchy Branch Creek or take a stroll through the nicely landscaped community, then explore the outlets, restaurants, state parks, beaches, boardwalk, bike paths, and much more!

Our condo is newly furnished in a coastal-modern style with just a few vintage coastal pieces including the dressers and artwork. Otherwise, all furniture, TVs, and accessories are new. It offers a spacious, open layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and private balcony.

The master bedroom has a king-size black poster bed, large dresser, nightstands with USB and power strips, Roku TV, large walk-in closet, and en-su¬¬ite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.

The guest room has two brand new full beds with new high-quality mattresses, a dresser, USB and power strips, Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. The second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower is located just outside the bedroom, off the kitchen.

The large sectional in the living is a queen sleeper if you prefer to spread out. Maximum guest capacity is 6.

The kitchen has all the standard appliances: four burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee station, toaster, blender, and more. We also have new Calphalon cookware, utensils, knives, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, etc. You should have everything you need other than some groceries and specialty needs.

For your beach days, we provide a beach blanket, towels and 4 beach chairs. Other amenities include an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, first-aid kit, and fast-wifi.

All linens will be provided including sheets, blankets, throws, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We will also typically provide a small supply of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels and tissues.

You will have access to the entire condo, except for small owner's closets.

The property is located in Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk and within walking distance are restaurants, bars, and stores. The home is located in a private complex that provides a pool with lounge chairs that is exclusive to residents and guests. Rehoboth Beach, Poodle Beach, and Dewey Beach can all be accessed in a short 3.5 mile drive. The boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries is also within minutes. A dozen noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area! Enjoy food from amazing fresh seafood, steaks, or sushi to boardwalk favorites like fresh-cut fries and cheesesteaks; Rehoboth Beach has it all!

There is plenty of parking in the community and the property is just a short drive to restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Ubers are plentiful as well.

To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

No pets are allowed per HOA rules. 

Parking notes: There is plenty of free parking.

The condo is located on the third floor (walk-up stairs) providing the ultimate in privacy and quiet. You won’t hear neighbors walking above you and the balcony faces the back side of the property with beautiful nature views and sounds.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
