These rules have been put together so that we can all enjoy our lives here, and not, by our actions, deprive our neighbors of their rights to enjoy their homes or rented facilities, or the Creekwood Condominium environment.
1. Maximum Occupancy for a two-bedroom is 6.
2. Only Owners and Year-Round Renters may have ONE pet. More than one pet is with permission of the Council. All pets shall be registered with the Council and shall be registered and inoculated as required by law.
3. Dogs must be leashed, walked away from the buildings and must use either of the two dog parks and pet waste must be picked up (this is subject to a $200.00 fine for a first offense and the fine will double for additional offenses). Pets shall not be left unattended on the porch of any unit.
4. No person including owners and occupants may feed animals, including but not limited to, dogs, cats, etc. in any form outside of the unit including common areas or otherwise.
5. No grills of any kind are permitted.
6. No storage of combustible liquids within the unit. (other than normal household items), or use of
KEROSENE heaters (State and Country Fire Codes and Law).
7. No towels sheets, clothing or laundry items may be hung or draped on decks, deck rails, stair rails or patios.
8. No blockage of stairways.
9. Smoking is prohibited at the pool.
10. No EXCESSIVE public drinking, noise, or other MISUSE of common areas.
11. Trash must be deposited DIRECTLY into the dumpster and NOT left outside the unit or the dumpster. If a dumpster is full, please bring your trash to one of the other dumpsters. TRASH LET OUITSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.
12. No littering of any kind, including cigarette butts.
13. No fishing in the pond, feeding the ducks, or leaving children unattended near the pond.
14. Skateboarding and/or rollerblading is prohibited on Creekwood property.
15. All window coverings must appear white or off white when viewed from the exterior.
16. Quiet hours shall be observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Police will be called immediately.

All pool guests are required to follow the direction of these rules and any other posted pool rules as set forth. Failure of owners, residents, and guests to comply with these rules will result in losing pool privileges and corresponding fines.
1. No Lifeguard on Duty. Swim At Your Own Risk.
2. Pool Hours are 10 am to 8 pm daily. Pool key fobs inactivate promptly at 8:00 pm, preventing anyone from leaving or entering the pool area. Once inactivated, guests must push the emergency button to exit the pool. After closure, persons remaining in the pool area will result in a fine to be assessed to the Owner’s Unit (charges transferred to renters/guests).
3. No Diving.
4. Guests must exit the pool area during thunder and/or lightning events.
5. Pool guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years or older.
6. Pool furniture must remain beyond the pool perimeter at all times
7. Clean your space. Clear tables/chairs and dispose of trash in proper receptacles.
8. Guests leaving the pool area unaccompanied must ensure ALL umbrellas are closed. 9. Swim diapers are required in the pool. Non-swim diapers are NEVER permitted in the pool.
1. Permitting entrance to owners, residents, or guests thereof who do not have an active pool fob or pool privileges is not allowed.
2. Owners will be charged $50 for new pool fobs when a broken fob is returned. In the event that a fob is lost or stolen and a fob cannot be returned, a new fob will cost $250. Each unit may only be issued two fobs.

Violations of Condo Rules or failure to pay HOA dues will result in a loss of pool access for a minimum of three days to as long as one month, depending on the severity of the violation. Pool fobs will be deactivated for violations of condo rules and failure to pay HOA fees. Community residents are encouraged to report violations to [email protected] of Tidewater Property Management. The board reserves the right to restrict pool entry for any violation or in the interim of investigation thereof.
